2. Services Provided

We provide car rental services and activity booking services in Langkawi, Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Vehicle rental for personal and tourism purposes
• Activity and tour bookings
• Customer support and assistance
• Online booking and payment processing

3. Car Rental Terms

3.1 Driver Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years (25 for certain vehicle categories)
• Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
• International Driving Permit (IDP) required for non-Malaysian license holders
• Valid passport or identification card

3.2 Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle may only be:

• Driven by the authorized driver(s) listed in the rental agreement
• Used within Langkawi island boundaries
• Used for lawful purposes only
• Maintained in good condition during the rental period

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The vehicle must NOT be:

• Used for racing, rallying, or any competitive events
• Driven while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Used to transport illegal goods or substances
• Sub-let or used for commercial purposes without authorization
• Taken outside of Langkawi without prior written approval

3.4 Damage and Liability

The renter is responsible for:

• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• Loss or theft of vehicle accessories or documents
• Traffic violations and fines incurred during rental
• Towing and impound fees if applicable
• Damage deductible as specified in the rental agreement

4. Activity Booking Terms

4.1 Participation Requirements

Activity participants must:

• Meet age and physical fitness requirements as specified
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Follow safety instructions provided by activity operators
• Sign liability waivers where required

4.2 Activity Cancellation by Operator

We reserve the right to cancel activities due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• Insufficient participants
• Equipment malfunction or safety concerns
• Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit. Confirmation details will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp.

5.2 Payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise
• Full payment or deposit is required to confirm booking
• Additional charges may apply for optional extras or services
• Security deposits for car rentals will be refunded after vehicle inspection

5.3 Pricing

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, confirmed bookings will honor the price quoted at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings
• Customers participate in activities at their own risk

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Malaysian data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
