2. Booking Requirements

2.1 Car Rental Bookings

Required information:

  • Full name (as per IC/Passport)
  • Contact number and email
  • IC/Passport number
  • Driver's license information
  • Pickup and return preferences
  • Flight details (for airport pickup)
  • Hotel/accommodation address

2.2 Activity Bookings

Required information:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Number of participants (adults/children)
  • Preferred date and time
  • Hotel pickup location (where applicable)
  • Special requirements or dietary restrictions
  • Emergency contact information

3. Advance Booking Requirements

3.1 Minimum Booking Notice

  • Car Rentals: 4 hours minimum notice (24 hours recommended)
  • Standard Activities: 24 hours minimum notice
  • Premium Activities: 48-72 hours minimum notice
  • Group Bookings (10+): 7 days minimum notice
  • Peak Season: 2-4 weeks advance booking recommended

3.2 Peak Season Periods

Higher demand during:

  • School holidays (March, June, September, November-December)
  • Public holidays and long weekends
  • Chinese New Year and Hari Raya periods
  • Year-end holidays (December-January)

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Online banking (FPX)
  • WhatsApp payment links
  • Bank transfers
  • Cash (selected services only)

4.2 Payment Schedule

Car Rentals:

  • Deposit: 30% upon booking
  • Balance: Upon vehicle collection
  • Security deposit: RM 500-2000 (refundable, varies by vehicle)

Activities:

  • Full payment required at booking
  • Some premium activities may offer deposit option

4.3 Security Deposits

For car rentals:

  • Held via credit card authorization or cash
  • Covers potential damage or violations
  • Refunded within 7-14 days after vehicle return
  • Subject to vehicle inspection and fine clearance

5. Confirmation Process

5.1 Booking Confirmation

After booking, you'll receive:

  • Booking reference number
  • Booking details and itinerary
  • Payment receipt
  • Important information and instructions
  • Emergency contact numbers

5.2 Confirmation Timeline

  • Online bookings: Instant confirmation
  • WhatsApp/Phone bookings: Within 1 hour
  • Complex/group bookings: Within 24 hours

6. Modification and Changes

6.1 Changing Your Booking

To modify your booking:

  • Contact us at least 24 hours before scheduled time
  • Provide booking reference number
  • Specify requested changes
  • Changes subject to availability

6.2 Modification Fees

  • Changes 48+ hours before: No fee
  • Changes 24-48 hours before: RM 20 admin fee
  • Changes less than 24 hours: RM 50 admin fee
  • Price difference applies if upgrading
