We understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms for both car rentals and activity bookings.
2. Car Rental Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
More than 48 hours before pickup:
- Full refund of all payments made
- No cancellation fees
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
24-48 hours before pickup:
- 70% refund of total amount
- 30% cancellation fee applies
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
Less than 24 hours before pickup:
- 50% refund of total amount
- 50% cancellation fee applies
No-show (failure to collect vehicle):
- No refund
- Full amount forfeited
2.2 Early Return of Vehicle
If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period:
- No refund for unused days
- Exception: In case of vehicle defects or safety issues (full refund for unused period)
2.3 Cancellation by Company
If we need to cancel your reservation due to:
- Vehicle unavailability
- Mechanical issues
- Force majeure events
You will receive:
- 100% full refund, OR
- Alternative vehicle of similar category at no extra cost, OR
- Upgrade to higher category (subject to availability) at original price
3. Activity Booking Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Standard Activities
More than 72 hours before activity:
- Full refund or free rescheduling
- No cancellation fees
48-72 hours before activity:
- 75% refund
- 25% cancellation fee
- Free rescheduling option (subject to availability)
24-48 hours before activity:
- 50% refund
- 50% cancellation fee
- Rescheduling available with additional fee
Less than 24 hours before activity:
- No refund
- Full amount forfeited
3.2 Premium/Special Activities
For high-demand or special activities (private tours, exclusive experiences):
- Cancellation must be made 7 days in advance for full refund
- 3-7 days notice: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days: No refund
3.3 Weather-Related Cancellations
If an activity is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions:
- Full refund, OR
- Reschedule to another date at no extra charge
- Decision made by activity operator for safety reasons
3.4 Customer No-Show
- No refund for no-shows
- Full amount forfeited
- Late arrival (15+ minutes) may be treated as no-show
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund

- Provide booking reference number
- State reason for cancellation
- Specify preferred refund method
4.2 Refund Timeline
- Refund request acknowledged within 24 hours
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: Additional 3-5 days for clearance
- Credit card refunds: 7-14 days depending on card issuer
4.3 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit card: Refunded to same card
- Online banking: Bank transfer to provided account
- Cash payments: Bank transfer or cash refund (by arrangement)
5. Modification and Rescheduling
5.1 Changing Your Booking
You may modify your booking (dates, times, etc.) subject to:
- Availability of requested changes
- Price difference (if applicable)
- Administrative fee may apply for changes within 48 hours
5.2 Rescheduling Policy
- Free rescheduling available up to 48 hours before booking
- Subject to availability
- Price difference may apply if rescheduling to peak period
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Unsafe driving resulting in vehicle damage
- Disruptive behavior during activities
- Failure to meet participation requirements
- Changes in personal circumstances not related to our service
- Dissatisfaction with experience due to personal preference
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Medical Emergencies
In case of medical emergencies supported by medical documentation:
- Full refund or rescheduling option
- Medical certificate required
7.2 Force Majeure
For cancellations due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions):
- Full refund, OR
- Extended credit valid for 12 months
8. Partial Refunds
For group bookings where only some participants cancel:
- Refund policy applies per person
- Group rates may be adjusted based on final participant count
9. Disputes
If you're not satisfied with a refund decision:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide detailed explanation and supporting documents
- We'll review and respond within 3 business days
- Final decision will be communicated in writing
